REGISTRATION

Spaces are filled on a first-come, first-served basis.  A nonrefundable yearly $100.00 per child registration fee is required to secure your child's place at Pinecone Preschool.  Prior to the starting date of childcare

the following must be received:

1. Registration form

2. Registration fee

3. Completed medical record form

4. Current immunization record

5. Emergency notification card

6. Signed signature page from the “Parents’ Handbook”

Rates are based on weekly prepayment. Rates are subject to change.
